About the Programme/Event

Can you imagine if your pill box could remind you to take your Medic*tion? Or if your refrigerator could sense when you're running low on milk and alert you? This is the power of the Internet of Things (IoT)! Join this interactive workshop with young engineers-in-training Yi Jun and Yi Tong to discover how IoT is revolutionising healthcare.

You'll explore how these connected devices can help you:

  • Manage your medications more effectively.
  • Monitor your health from the comfort of your home!
  • Live a more independent and secure life!

This session is designed for seniors with no prior knowledge of IoT. Come to learn, ask questions, and discover how technology can empower you to stay healthy and active!
