We'll be running our annual 'Stay Away' Women's Self Defense Workshop on the 1st of December Sunday the 1st of December from 1:30pm - 4pm at the Karori Community Center, 7 Beauchamp Street, Karori. The workshop is designed to provide women with simple and effective self defense tools and the confidence to use them when needed.
It's is a great opportunity to start learning self defense or further build on years of training so women of all skill levels are welcome. You will get the chance to test the techniques on male assistant instructors during the training and the obstacle course at the end which is always a highlight!! 🙂
The workshop last year was an awesome experience for everyone involved and we're looking forward to more great training this year.
The cost is $50 per person, half of all proceeds will be donated towards safe nights at the Wellington Women's Refuge, https://safenight.nz/.
