A FREE 8-week injury/fall prevention program for seniors! (This class is 2 days a week from 2 pm -3:15 pm. Class is held on Mon/Wed)
About this Event

Over eight weeks, the Stay Active & Independent for Life (S.A.I.L.) course is designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility for the older adult. The activities can even be done sitting down! This course includes movement and individualized exercise. Join us for upbeat music and fun while gaining strength and improving balance. This course is 75 minutes in length and is offered twice a week for 8 weeks. E ach S.A.I.L. class also includes an educational component to help you learn about home safety, and other ways to reduce your risk of falling. T his course is taught by a certified S.A.I.L. instructor who is trained to meet individual needs and set goals.


This class is open to the community and is FREE so bring your friends! Please bring a water bottle and wear tennis shoes or other rubber sole shoes to class.

*Class is limited to 25 students so register early!
