The importance of physical activity and fall prevention becomes more obvious as we age. Do something about it every Tuesday afternoon at 1 p.m. and Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. at Huntsville Public Library. SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) fitness class includes warmup, aerobics, balance, strength training, and stretching exercises that can be done in a seated or standing position. Classes will take place from July 9 through August 29. A representative from the Area Agency on Aging of the Houston-Galveston Area Council will teach the program. Please consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program. Liability waivers are required to participate and are available from the instructor.
