Stavanger Indie is a brand-new film festival dedicated to bold, original, and independent cinema from around the world. Organized by Stavanger Filmmakers, a volunteer-run collective that has been fostering filmmaking talent for five years, the festival brings international indie films to a city with a thriving creative community.For our inaugural edition, we’ll screen a curated selection of feature films and short films.
Stavanger Indie is a space for filmmakers and audiences to connect, featuring Q&As, networking opportunities, and unique festival experiences. We welcome distinctive, independent work from all over the world—the low-budget, no-budget, deeply personal or boundary-pushing.
