6:30 PM - Honey Tasting Class
Belinda Hester, Beekeeper & Honey Sommelier, will guide us through a unique honey tasting experience.
7:30 PM - Black Jar Local Honey Competition
Taste and vote for your favorite local honey during our friendly competition!
8:00 PM - How Mead is Made
Learn the secrets of mead making from Douglas Williams, Brew Master at Flagship Brewing Company.
Plus, enjoy all-you-can-drink draft beer and pizza from 7 PM to 9 PM for just $20 (pay at the bar).

We’ll be gathering at Flagship Brewing Company on Wednesday, October 16th, from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The brewery is located at 40 Minthorne St, Staten Island, NY 10301.
This event is open to everyone:
• Free for Staten Island Chapter Members
• $5 for all other NYBC Members
• $40 for Non-Members
