This will be a 3 lift GPC sanctioned competition and is open to any person who is a registered GPC member. This is a GPC sanctioned event and as such this event also gives lifters an opportunity to qualify for the GPC Australian Nationals held in Newcastle in August 2024.

Medals will be awarded to weight class winners on TOTAL (gold, silver, bronze) and the overall male and female will be based on the Glossbrenner formula.

Once entries are full the event is closed, we will hold a waiting list if anyone gets injured and has to pull out. **Competition fees are NON-refundable & NON-transferable**
