Isabelle will provide an overview of what to expect on trade policy in 2025, including issues related to U.S.-China relations, tariffs, the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement, Congress and more. She will provide insights into how U.S. companies are approaching these issues and a state-of-play of both short and long-term implications in this space.
As Senior Director of International Policy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, she advocates for the Chamber's international trade and investment priorities before the administration, Congress, and foreign governments. Isabelle focuses on U.S.-China relations, efforts surrounding the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework, Russia-related sanctions, and the World Trade Organization, among others. She works alongside leaders in the International Affairs Division to execute advocacy actions with a country or region-specific focus.
Before joining the Chamber, Isabelle was a trade and tax policy analyst with D.C. investment firm Height Capital Markets where she analyzed policy moves and market implications. Earlier in her career, she was a reporter with Inside U.S. Trade for roughly five years. There her coverage focused on Capitol Hill activity, including the Trans-Pacific Partnership negotiations, the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement, and Trade Promotion Authority.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the world's largest business federation representing the interests of more than 3 million businesses of all sizes, sectors, and regions, as well as state and local chambers and industry associations.
