About Dr Arun:
Dr Arun Jayaraj, MBBS BSc is an Longevity Health Coach specialising in women's health, particularly in guiding women (and their partners) with their lifestyle through perimenopause and postmenopause.

With over 10 years of experience in Biomedical Science, Medicine, Fitness and Wellness, Dr Arun has dedicated his career to empowering people with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive during life transitions and medical diagnoses. He has led numerous coaching sessions and workshops, focusing on improving quality of life through personalised wellness strategies and adopting the mindset of using lifestyle as medicine.
Dr Arun holds Biomedical Science (BSc Hons) and Medicine (MBBS) Degrees from King’s College London, ranked top 20 worldwide. He is also an entrepreneur building a community helping women navigate perimenopause and providing corporate training on wellness at work.
Past speaking engagements include Tanglin Club, Singapore Airlines and ST Logistics, where he passionately shared the need for preventative care for quality of life improvements and better performance.
Outside of work, Dr Arun enjoys working out in the gym, running and learning more about bubbling trends in various industries. He is committed to making basic health awareness a right for all.
