National Progression
This event is the qualification event for the Australian Track & Field Championships, which take place in Perth from 4-13 April 2025. The top 3 athletes in each age group per event will qualify for the WA State Team. Additionally, athletes who do not finish top 3, can qualify by entry standard for the Australian Championships.
The Australian Little Athletics Championships will take place in Adelaide from the 25-27 April 2025. All eligible Little Athletics WA Program athletes must nominate to be considered for the team. Little Athletics U13 members who have nominated will be considered for selection based on performances from either or both the WA State Championships (7-9 March) or the WA State Junior Championships (22-23 March). For the avoidance of doubt, athletes can choose to compete in either Championship, or both, and any results will be considered as part of the selection process. Athletes must be registered with the Little Athletics Program to be considered for selection.
