Clint Brauer, CEO and Founder of Greenfield Robotics, is a third-generation Kansas farmer dedicated to eliminating harmful chemicals from food production through robotics and regenerative agriculture. After a successful career as a Los Angeles–based tech executive, he returned home in 2020 to help his family farm following his father’s Parkinson’s diagnosis—a disease linked to herbicide exposure. Since then, Clint has pioneered autonomous weeding robots and advanced sustainable farming practices that prioritize soil health and farmer well-being. With farmers already adopting his Robots-as-a-Service model and two consumer packaged goods partnerships underway, he continues to drive a vision for localized, nutrient-dense food systems that are both scalable and sustainable.
Lukas Koch is the Founder and CEO of Kelly Hills Unmanned Systems, where he leads the development of autonomous systems that transform agriculture and firefighting operations. Combining a background in agronomy and technology management with a passion for solving real-world challenges, he works to align innovation with practical application, driving sustainable growth and improved safety.
