About the workshop and Zendesk
Zendesk makes it easier to support your customers using our customer service, engagement, and sales CRM solutions. Qualifying early-stage startups get Zendesk free for six months.
Due to our previous successful and high-demand workshops in London and Paris, we are bringing it back this year!
What?
In this working session, you will get the unique chance to build out your Support Zendesk instance live with our Customer Success Manager Jaschi Mikolajski who will be guiding you throughout the day.
Furthermore, we will have Martin Lutz - Lead of Customer Happiness & Experience from Got Bag joining us. He will share his journey with Zendesk and helpful tips and tricks to upscale your CX game!
Breakfast, lunch and drinks will be provided, on top of all the fun activities that we have planned.
