Before joining Kickstart, Kat was President and CXO of the unicorn startup, Degreed, a company dedicated to changing how people develop skills, build expertise, and grow their careers. She also enjoys binging on the latest HBO series, cheering on her daughters as a Dance Mom, and nerding out on LEGO.
