Orin Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute at ASU, and the City of Phoenix. This versatile program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s entrepreneurial world. Through seven dynamic modules, you'll explore strategic thinking, customer discovery, prototyping, team building, financial planning, and more!

Session 1: Building Effective Strategies for Entrepreneurs
Session 2 : Desirability- Value proposition, customer discovery
Session 3: Feasibility- Prototyping, Team building, Partnerships
Session 4: Viability- Revenue Streams, building a sustainable business, Scaling, Cost Structure
Session 5: Licensing and other legal elements
Session 6: Closing & Next Steps w/ Ecosystem navigation, and creating a short pitch
Session 7 (final Session): Pitch competition and Graduation
Event Dates: Every Wednesday, starting October 9th to November 20th
Time: 4 PM for Office Hours and then the workshop will being promptly at 5-7 PM
