Aaron Perman - Partner at S3 Ventures
Aaron Perman is a seasoned venture capitalist, currently a Partner at S3 Ventures since joining in 2013. Throughout his tenure, he has been involved with multiple burgeoning companies, such as Buildforce, HYAS, Hydrolix, Liquibase, Nexus.gg, Plural, Riscosity, Stellar, and Sudozi. His hands-on approach to guiding startups has also led him to serve on the boards of successful acquisitions, such as Levelset (acquired by Procore), Invodo (acquired by CoCreativ), and Tango Health (acquired by Benefitfocus).
Before stepping into the venture capital world, Aaron honed his investment skills at Western Standard, a long/short equity hedge fund, focusing on small-cap publicly traded companies. He also sharpened his business acumen working in the corporate strategy group at Southern California Edison.
Aaron brings a wealth of business and investment experience to the table. His insight into how businesses operate and succeed, coupled with his investment expertise, makes him an invaluable asset to both startups and investors.
His perspective from the investor's side will shed light on what venture capitalists look for in terms of market validation, providing invaluable guidance to ambitious startup founders.

With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, David Valentino is a highly experienced business executive. He has a successful track record of supporting the growth of early and later-stage startups and is passionate about delivering business value to these companies, having gone through successful IPOs with some of them.
As the Managing Director of the Austin Venture Association, Valentino is dedicated to helping tech startups achieve consistent scalability and take the right steps toward growth. He deeply understands the industry and has implemented revenue systems and teams that have generated hundreds of millions in SMB and Enterprise software products and services revenue.
In late 2021, the Austin Venture Association shifted its focus to activities and services supporting the Austin Venture Community. This change has further cemented Valentino's commitment to supporting the growth and success of startups in the region and his dedication to helping startups achieve their full potential.

Catalin Briciu - CEO at Linnify
Catalin is the CEO and co-founder of Linnify, a product studio specialized in building successful and scalable tech products. With a background in law, business, and product validation, he has helped shape Linnify's unique approach to product development, including the "Essential Validation Playbook", which helps early-stage startups reach problem-solution fit faster and more efficiently.
He has extensive experience building startups, advising founders internationally, and investing in early-stage startups in health, education, lifestyle, and sustainable tech products. He ignited action around the Manifesto for Accelerated Innovation in Cluj's innovation ecosystem, to inspire others to do the same.
