About this Event

Mark Odegard of Measure Meant brings a whole new level of understanding to corporate responsibility for startups.

There is significant research showing that consumers expect brands to focus on sustainability. And a common theme we’ve heard from startups is they don’t have time to think about sustainability. Startups that don’t incorporate sustainability do so at their own peril. This presentation focuses on why sustainability should be a central part of your business. Topics include:

  • What we mean by sustainability
  • Why should you do it
  • Ideas on the approach

Speaker Bio:

Mark spent over 25 years working in the corporate world, primarily as an internal consultant improving processes, implementing organizational change, and setting company strategy. For five years, he worked in the international operations of a multi-national supporting operations in Europe and SE Asia. In 2019, he joined Measure Meant and is using his prior experience to make a more meaningful impact in the business community. Mark, and the full Measure Meant team, are able to demystify sustainability and position leaders to take meaningful steps forward in their sustainability efforts.
