Are you a founder looking for new team members—or someone ready to join a startup? On Tuesday, August 26th, at the West Hollywood Edition Hotel, we’re bringing together Los Angeles’s most dynamic entrepreneurs and startup talent for StartOut Connect: Where Founders Meet New Team Members.

This is not your typical networking event. For two and a half hours, you’ll step into a vibrant space filled with founders, investors, and professionals eager to join new ventures. Expect high‑energy conversations, meaningful connections, and the spark that can only come from people ready to build something new.

Here’s what’s waiting for you at StartOut Connect:

• Hear from 10 startups, each giving a one‑minute pitch about their product, their stage, their team, and what they’re building next.
• Enjoy a two‑and‑a‑half‑hour open bar with wine, beer, juices, and sodas.
• Experience the energy of a live set by DJ @Cherryelee, bringing the perfect vibe to the evening.
• Network with founders, investors, and top startup talent ready to collaborate.

Behind it all is StartOut, the national nonprofit dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs. Since 2009, StartOut has built a thriving community of more than 28,000 members, providing mentorship, resources, and access to capital—ensuring founders have equal opportunities to thrive. Events like StartOut Connect are at the heart of this mission: bringing founders, investors, and future team members together to create opportunities that wouldn’t exist otherwise.

6:00 – 6:30 PM – Arrival, welcome drinks, networking, and DJ set by Cherryelee.

6:30 – 7:00 PM – StartOut introduction, sponsor remarks, and startup pitch presentations.

7:00 – 8:30 PM – Open bar continues, networking, and DJ set by Cherryelee.

Street parking is available near the venue, or you may use the valet service at The West Hollywood Edition Hotel for added convenience.
