About this Event
Redcar and Cleveland Family Hubs, Public Health South Tees and Thrive at Five invite you to join us for a day of learning together.
The day builds on the findings reported within the locally commissioned "First 1001 Days Parental Experience Insight report", which sought to identify the experiences of parents during their child's first 1001 days.
We will share findings from the report and use these as a springboard for further conversations.
In additional to engaging with local colleagues, who will describe the learning from the report, and The Thrive at Five team who will facilitate the day, we will be joined by Dr Ruth Naughton-Doe, Dr Ruth Naughton-Doe - School for Business and Society, University of York, Talking about parental loneliness and Professor Anna Tarrant Anna Tarrant | Meet Our Experts | University of Lincoln who will share insights from her work on dad inclusive practice.
We will also work together to build ideas for a forthcoming perinatal mental health campaign.
The day will conclude with a call to action. Now that we have shared, explored and understood the local context, what is it we can do to improve the system.
We are all very much looking forward to collaborating.
