This workshop provides practical guidance to anyone who is considering starting a food-based business from home.
In this workshop, we will look at:
- Regulations and licences required to start your business
- How to comply with health and safety standards
- Understand your local law and regulations
About the presenter:
Ed Jones, is the Principal Environmental Health Policy Officer, Health, Environment and Waste (HEW) branch at the Logan City Council. He has extensive knowledge in food licencing and was instrumental in the development of the local government policy on home-based businesses.
