About this Event
REQUIREMENTS
Believe it or not, you don't need a certain degree to be a care manager. Presently, there is no set educational standard for this profession.
The only requisite is to have experience working with older adults/disabled/cognitively impaired or IDD clients and their families. The more years of guiding people to resources, the easier it will be to run your own successful business in care management.

IN-PERSON OR VIA ZOOM
You may attend by Zoom if you're not able to come in person. However, our work involves an interpersonal approach - one that embraces empathy, vulnerability, honesty, non-judgment, and gentle persuasion. That’s why I strongly encourage you to attend the in-person class. It will make all the difference.
If you've ever worked in the corporate world and felt that the quality of services provided was lacking, you're not alone. While starting your own business may seem daunting, I want to assure you that it’s entirely achievable with the right guidance.
Even if you’re not quite ready to start your own company just yet, that’s perfectly okay! You might feel like you’re too old, too young, or just not in the right place, but if you’re interested in learning more about this field from an expert and gaining a personal mentor - the class is here for you.
