Start the new year by re'imagining" your life story from the moment of conception

Monday night meditation has been going on strong for a year and I thought we could kick off the New year with a powerful meditation aimed at re"imagining" you life story the way you want it to have happened
Over the years, I've discovered a powerful tool for transformation: reimagining our life stories during focused meditation. It all started when I questioned the concept of linear time—what if time isn't as fixed as we think? What if we could change our past?
Through meditation, I learned that our memories are often distorted, shaped by strong emotions and experiences that may not be as true as we believe. But what if we could rewrite them?
A few years ago, I began reimagining my own life from the very beginning—starting at conception when the sperm fuses with the egg. I had learned about the impact of conception, in the womb and birth trauma, and I felt drawn to heal from that very moment. You see, my dad wasn’t there for my birth. He wasn't on board with having a child, and passed away when I was just five. I spent much of my childhood feeling isolated and lonely in a place where I didn’t feel I belonged. These experiences created minor traumas that affected me throughout my life.
But in meditation, I imagined a different reality. I visualized that my dad had wanted me, that he was there at my birth, loving my mom and being a great father. This new story helped me to release the old patterns and create a new sense of peace within myself.
The power of shifting these memories, replacing them with new images and feelings, is incredibly transformative. I don’t hold onto my childhood trauma the way I used to, because I’ve reprogrammed my brain. And you can do this too!

Now, I’m offering you the chance to experience this practice with me. This class is not about rehashing the past or getting stuck in trauma.
This doesn’t mean you have to bypass the feelings encapsulated in that trauma – I strongly believe that unfelt feelings from childhood or after need to be process and express in the safety of a therapeutic container : but once felt and released STOP BRINGING THEM BACK UP cause you are getting the same dose of hormones of stress and survival then when the event happened : over and over again which is not healthy
So this class is not about going into the trauma and processing it – It’s for you my friends who have processed ad nausea and are still having unwanted repetitive experiences in life – It’s to give you a boost, a different way of looking at your past, which will help you create the future you want.
It's for those of you who have already processed your experiences, yet find yourselves still caught in old patterns. Together, we’ll reimagine our stories in a way that empowers us to create the future we truly want.
This Monday, we will dive into the process of reimagining our life stories. We’ll focus on shifting key moments of trauma by superimposing new possibilities—fresh images and feelings that represent what we wish could have happened. For example:
Old Image: As a baby, my mom left me for a month to find a home. I stopped eating and almost died. I didn’t want to see her when she returned.
New Image: I picture my mom coming to the crib and gently picking me up, showering me with love and reassurance.
It’s time to let go of old stories that no longer serve us and create new ones that align with our desires. If you’re ready to let go and embrace a fresh perspective, join us this Monday.
Let’s create the life we really want! 🌟
