Thursday Night - Jan 5th - 6:00 pm - 7:00pm - One hour relaxation and sound bowl session
Saturday - Jan 14th - 11:30 am - 3:00 pm - Two sound bowl sessions (one at the start of the workshop and one at the end to focus on your vision for you in 2023), Workshop with Vision Casting, Creation of Vision Board/Vision Book, lite refreshments, delicious hydration beverages, atmosphere of like-minded people coming together to create success.
What to Bring:
Yoga Mat
Pillow for support for your head and/or legs (we will be laying on yoga mats on the studio floor during sound bowl sessions)
Scissors, magazines to cut out of
Socks if your feet get cold - there is a no shoe policy inside the yoga studio
