Seminar 2) Start Right: Defining Your Customers, Market & Business Model Framework

You’ve got a business idea, but how do you know it will work? Only 50% of small businesses make it to the 5-year mark. How do you plan to succeed? Or maybe you’ve already got a great business planned on paper, but in real life, nothing is going according to plan. In this session, we’ll cover the basics of what a business model is and how to test it for success. We’ll also cover how to prototype on a budget and uncover your ideal customer and target market. With your customers and business model defined, you’ve got great tools for a road to success.

Location: North York Central Library, Room 1 (2nd floor)

Time: 6:30-8 pm

Registration encouraged via Eventbrite. Drop-ins welcome until capacity is reached.
