About this Event
Welcome to the Start of Summer Voice Activation and Sound Immersion with Acupuncture at Thrive Health LA! Come join us on Saturday, June 29th at 6:30 PM for a restorative evening filled with crystalline frequencies, vocal toning, acupuncture, deep relaxation, and moments of reflection with tea afterwards.
Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of voice by opening up the throat center with vocal toning as a group, then relaxing to the crystal alchemy singing bowls, shruti box, crystal pyramid and other healing instruments as we honor the youthful, playful, joyful, vital and spirited energy of Summer!
No experience is necessary – just bring an open heart, open mind and a willingness to receive.
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. Please bring yourself an extra layer and a blanket for warmth along with an eye pillow for added comfort. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to set up your mat and blanket.
