Stars and Stuff, an informal evening on How to View the Night Sky, to include homemade soup and a roll. £10 per personWithycombe Memorial Hall.
A talk given by Exeter University Space Society members, with an opportunity to use different telescopes to view Andromeda and Orion Nebula as well as some of the planets in our Solar System and our Moon.
Come along for some warming soup, followed by some images from telescope photography, and information on what can be seen in the night sky. If conditions allow, people can then choose to walk the short distance to the car park to view the stars and planets for themselves, under the guidance of Exeter University graduates.
Bring a torch, ideally with a red filter.
