Arrival & Check-In: Upon arriving at the studio, head to the large group room located right when you walk in the main doors, it's directly to the left, you can't miss all the lights. Check in with your sound practitioner and store your belongings in the provided cubbies for your convenience.
What should I bring to the session? Bringing yourself is the best gift. Bring a filled water bottle to ensure proper hydration as we move energy through your body during the session. Zero-Gravity chairs, blankets, pillows, and eye masks for your comfort.
Where is the session held? The session takes place at the Vann Wellness Group in Coppell, TX. When you arrive, enter through the main doors, and the large group room will be on the left. Check in with the sound practitioner upon arrival, and place all personal belongings in the designated cubbies.
Seating: Our Zero-gravity chairs adds an added level of healing and less stress on the back, hips, neck, and legs. Reserved for guests who have specifically booked them in advance.
What amenities are included? We provide pillows, plush blankets, and eye masks to enhance your comfort during the session. These items are optional but available for you to use as part of the experience.
How long are the sessions? 60-minute healing sessions
Are there restrooms to use? Yes, there are facilities to use inside the building
