Join us at Soule for a family night of stargazing to remember. Bridgewater State University’s Observation Manager Jamie Kern will take us on a walk down the farm road to the back fields to experience the stars and planets visible here Soule. We will discuss planets, the galaxies, and distant stars. After our adventure we will come back to enjoy stargazing with our telescopes in the fields just behind the classroom. Weather permitting (keeping burn safety in mind) we will have a bonfire and s’mores kits for purchase. We recommend all visitors use bug spray liberally (this is an organic farm) and bring a flashlight to guide your way with the group to the back field. Appropriate footwear is strongly recommended.
