About this Event
Join us at Lunt Meadows for an evening of stargazing with an experienced astronomer. Using spotting scopes and binoculars, you will learn how to find stars and other celestial objects.
This will be a perfect event for beginners with binoculars but if you have a spotting scope or a telescope you already know how to set up then please feel free to bring it along. We ask that you do not bring large torches, as they will reduce your night vision but do bring a small torch that emits a red light if you feel that you will need one.
Please note that as Lunt Meadows is an exposed site without indoor space, this event is weather dependent. Do bring layers and dress appropriately for a winter evening.
Hot drinks will be provided so bring your own mug/flask (vegan options available).
Capacity for this event is limited so please book to avoid disappointment.
