About this Event
The second event in the UK Tournament Circuit - GT Series for Star Wars Unlimited, the: September 1k London is here and we're excited to be joining the SWU community to put on some fantastic events at some amazing venues. Our motto is 'On-time, every-time' and we're pleased to bring this to the Star Wars Unlimited community as we elevate gaming experiences, across the UK.
Travelling from abroad? The event is a short uber from Tottenham Hale train station which can be reached directly from Stansted airport on the fast train: The Stansted Express or via the Victoria Line underground line.
When
We are running 2 stand alone events back to back.
- On Saturday 28th September there will be 7-9 round event with a capacity up to 512.
- On Sunday 29th September there will be a 7 round event with a capacity of 128.
These will be ticketed separately and you can enter one or both.
What
The UK Tournament Circuit - GT Series are a series of large scale tournaments for SWU with a minimum £1,000 in cash prizing (see below).
- Format: This event will be the best of 3, Swiss 55 min rounds.
- Rounds: Until we have a single undefeated, no top cut.
- Round times: 55 minute matches, Best of 3.
Cash Prizing
The prize pool starts at £1,000 total increasing as per the breakdown below:
- 32-128 players: total prize pool £1,000
- 129-256 players: total prize pool £2,000
- 257-512 players: total prize pool £3,000
The full prize breakdown will be confirmed when final attendance figures are known (i.e. If the event exceeds 128 players there will be prizing for 9-16th place etc.) however it will broadly follow the breakdown below:
- 1st place: £400
- 2nd place: £200
- 3rd-4th place: £100
- 5th-8th place: £50

On September 20th we will email all ticket holders a link to register for the event, if you have not received this email by September 21st, please contact us here.
Where
The September events will be taking place inside 'The London Grand Tournament' a massive multi-game system convention with 2,000 people in attendance. You do not need an additional entry ticket to access the convention and your gaming ticket is all you need. Further information on the event generally can be found here, and the address is below. Tickets
Tickets can be purchased at the link below for £30.
Please note that tickets are:
- Limited to 1 ticket per transaction
- Non-transferable, ticket selling is forbidden
- Refundable up until, and including, August 16th. All refunds shall be subject to a 10% admin fee.
Event Schedule
Doors will open at 09:30 with Round 1 scheduled to begin at 10:00.
