Taking place a couple months after a new set releases, Store Showdowns are casual tournaments that award prizes for both participation and placement. This is the most competitive that Casual Play gets, but the focus is still on having fun and learning the game, making this phase the perfect opportunity for someone to dip their toe into the tournament scene!This event is capped at 24 players, secure your spot by purchasing a ticket.
Format
Premier (best-of-three), 4 or 5 round Swiss tournament (dependent on player numbers)
Round 1: 10:30 - 11:25, Round 2: 11:30 - 12.25, Lunch: 12:25 - 1:00, Round 3: 1:00 - 1:55, Round 4: 2:00 - 2:55, Round 5 (if needed): 3:00 - 3:55 (NOTE: Rounds will start ahead of time if all matches finish early)
Prizing
All players: 1x Spark of Rebellion booster, 1x Weekly Play booster, 1x Takedown promo card
1st: 6x additional Spark of Rebellion boosters, Mace Windu promo cards (Champion, Finalist, Top 4, Top 8 )
