Doors open at 10am, and prerelease kits will be given out at 11am sharp
Each prerelease pack contains 6 packs - and you must use those cards to build your deck. Your Leader must be from one of your packs, but you can use any common base. Your deck must be a minimum of 30 cards. There is no limit to the number of copies of a single card (non-leader, non-base) that a player may include in their deck.
Players are not permitted to trade cards they acquired from their packs or use cards from outside their acquired cards when building their deck.
There will be 4 rounds of games, with no top cut (3 rounds if 8 or less players), with each round being 55 minutes long and best-of-3 swiss rounds.
Casual tier, sealed play format.
