EVENT DISCLAIMER AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Ticket purchase is required for entry into the 'Star Rail LIVE 2025 Special Screening: 2nd Showing' event ("Event"). By purchasing a ticket to the Event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Event Content: The content of this screening consists of recorded performances from the Star Rail LIVE concert held in Shanghai on May 3, 2025.
2. Restrictions:
1）Attendees must be at least 18 years of age, or otherwise accompanied by an adult parent or legal guardian.
2）Each ticket permits entry for one invidual only and is non-transferable. Up to two tickets may be purchased per person.
3. Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for causing a disturbance, violating the event rules, engaging in behavior that would damage the reputation of the organizer, or for any other reason, without refund.
4. Liability: Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers, venue, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the Event.
5. Photography and Video: Please be advised that photography and video recording will take place at this Event for for promotional, internal communications and/or archival purposes. By attending this event, you are deemed to have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data contained in these images for the purpose indicated.
6. Event Changes: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, programming, and featured activities without prior notice. This includes adjustments to stage events, and merchandise availability.
7. Health and Safety: Attendees agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines set by the organizers and venue. Guidelines will be in accordance with local health authority recommendations.
8. Ticket Refund Policy: Considering the limited quantity of the tickets and timeliness of the Event, tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers. Should the Event be canceled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund within a specified period following the cancellation announcement. Tickets are also non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for tickets to other showings of the Star Rail LIVE 2025 Special Screening.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
