Gwyneth Martin, City of Roanoke Stormwater Utility Environmental Specialist, will be the Star City Sustainability Series presenter on Thursday, Feb. 12, from 6-7 p.m., at Clean Valley Council Headquarters.
Learn how the City of Roanoke's Stormwater Utility has been working toward improving water quality and reducing flood risk since 2014. Its goal is to create a clean-water legacy, transforming waterways into sources of pride for those who live, work, learn, and play in the Upper Roanoke River watershed. Gwyneth will share what has been accomplished and what new projects and opportunities may be ahead.
