❖ What is Viennese Ball? ❖
The Viennese Ball is Stanford's largest formal dance event and a cherished tradition. The Opening Committee consists of 36 dancers who open the Viennese Ball with a choreographed polka and waltz.
Here are our polka and waltz performances from a previous year’s Viennese Ball:

We look forward to meeting and dancing with you! Come and try out, even if you’re a beginner or it’s been a while since you last danced across the dance floor.
You’ll get to partner up with Opening veterans and fellow auditionees and work together to learn a short choreography plus some new skills. 💃🏾🕺🏾
