Get ready for Canadian-Palestinian standup sensation Eman El-Husseini at RYO LOUNGE! She's got a lot to say and she's coming all the way to Saigon by way of New York City to bring you a night of side-splitting standup and badassery! The show will also feature local champs Jack Nugget (Winner of the Vietnam Comedy Competition Saigon Heat) and Matt Tran (K*ll SOMA) and be hosted by JK Hobson!EMAN EL-HUSSEINI - Eman El-Hussein is a Canadian-Palestinian comedy, now residing in NYC. She has wowed audiences across the globe for over a decade. From her hometown in Montreal to her current home in NY AND her home country, Palestine. She's a favourite at the prestigious Just for Laughs comedy festival and performed at their Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver editions n Canada, as well as Sydney, Australia.
Eman was featured in the Amman Comedy Festival and toured Palestine on two separate occasions. Her list of credits is endless, with appearances in International comedy festivals as well as radio TV and radio. She has two comedy albums available on all platforms. Unveiled and Handsom Daughter.
MATT TRAN - Matt Tran is a stand-up comedian based in Saigon, known for his embarrassing stories and razor-sharp shower thoughts. Originally from Los Angeles, Matt has quickly made a name for himself in the Saigon comedy scene, co-hosting the wildly fun K*ll Soma show and performing at venues all over the city. He has shared the stage with top international comedians such as Simone P, Trevor Lock, and Ian Harvey Stone, bringing his signature brand of humor to audiences around the world.
When he's not performing, Matt can be found shooting pool with the locals and chopping it up over some late night munchies, always on the lookout for his next great joke.

Jack Nugget is a Saigonese comedian, writer and the youngest winner of the Vietnam Comedy Competition: Ho Chi Minh Heats. His eclectic style of comedy takes you from pure chaotic slapstick, low-brow humor, to a sardonic, unmistakably sassy tone with a tinge of theatricality. His material encompasses topics of his own identity and beyond with astute observations about his experiences as a broke comedian telling out-of-pocket jokes, and a dabbler in all things that pay.
