I am excited to lead this 90-minute technical workshop where I will guide you through an in-depth exploration of classical standing asanas through the lens of alignment: muscular engagement, and joint stability. This will be a great way to refine structural awareness, as we explore key postures including Warrior I & II, Trikonasana, and Tree Pose.
Together we can:
analyse load distribution through the feet, knees and pelvic orientation,
explore spinal extension mechanics - enhancing proprioception and functional mobility.
examine breath as an anchoring tool for muscular support and postural endurance.
Instruction includes targeted cueing, evidence-informed modifications, and anatomical insights that support safer, stronger execution of poses.
