A small, specialist event, designed for professional and recreational acrobats to upskill, explore, and connect in a safe and friendly environment.
3 action-packed days and 27 workshop options, coached by highly skilled acrobats who have taught and performed all over the world.
Both deep and diverse, it is an opportunity to expand knowledge and skills in standing acrobatics.
Disciplines include:
- Hand to hand
- Dance lifts & tricks
- Group acrobatics (toss, trio, banquine)
- 3 highs
- Cheerleading
- Floor acrobatics, movement, and more!
*Structure*
Friday: 10am - 8pm
Saturday: 10am - 8pm
Sunday: 10am - 6pm
Each day begins with a warm up, followed by three main workshop slots spread throughout the day.
Each workshop slot has three options running simultaneously so that you can choose what you would like to learn. There's also time to jam, rest, eat, and socialise!

Facilities include crash mats, lunge lines, fully matted floor areas, showers, and changing rooms.
*Eligibility*
Please read the following information carefully:
1. The event is not suitable for complete beginners. As a small convention, it is not possible to cater for a large difference in levels. Therefore ALL attendees must meet the following pre-requisites:
- Solo handstand against a wall for 30 seconds
- Standing foot to hand with an unassisted entry and exit (base or fly).
2. We do our best to balance flyer/base ratios at this event so that everyone can participate fully in the duo workshops.
Please select the ticket option that suits you best for duo skills.
That said, there will be lots of group acro, and we won't restrict you to any particular role at the event, provided that you meet the pre-requisites for that class.
3. All attendees must be over 18 on 18th July 2025.
