Structure: 5 Swiss Rounds + Cut to Top 8
REL: Competitive Rules Enforcement
Decklists Required – Bring a completed list or arrive early to fill one out in-store.

🥇 1st: 40% of prize pool + RC Invite (SCG CON Portland) + Foil Laughing Jasper Flint
🥈 2nd: 20% of prize pool
🥉 3rd–4th: 10% of prize pool each
🏅 5th–8th: 5% of prize pool each
