Stand with Ukraine Rally

On February 24th, 2022, Russia escalated its war against Ukraine and tried to blitz seize their capital city, Kyiv.
Later that year, Ukrainians impressed us all as they pushed much of the russian army back across the large river, Dnipro, that runs down the middle of Ukraine.
But, to this day, 700,000+ Russian soldiers terrorize Ukrainians in occupied territories and continue to try to occupy more more European lands. They have Chinese, North Korean, and Iranian military and economic support.
These adversaries of America hope that Russia can conquer Ukraine and continue to threaten Europe, America’s largest trading partner and main post-WWII ally.
Support for Ukraine remains popular, though, some in America wonder if Russia can be appeased.
The Utah-Ukrainian community will host this rally to continue to tell the stories of rape, theft, murder, and conspicuous violence that Russia has unleashed in Europe. And to tell the stories of decency and bravery of Ukraine’s defense of its homeland.
The Utah-Ukrainian community also will highlight the efforts of Utah charities, with extra recognition of Utahn Dell Loy Hanson, who has provided enormous amounts of shelter and relief to Ukrainians who lost their homes to russia’s invasion.
Ultimately, our 2026 rally hopes to highlight a way that America can help Ukraine that will directly benefit Americans and restore the global security architecture that has been in place since WWII.
The Graham (R)-Blumenthal (D) Sanction Russia Act seeks to make American gas and oil more attractive to the world market than russian gas and oil, thereby, defunding russia’s war machine.
It is one of the most popular pieces of legislation in recent history, with over 80 Senators signed on. The Senate waits for direction from the American people and President to bring it to a vote.
The Utah-Ukrainian community pleads for the U.S. Congress to bring the Graham-Blumenthal bill to a vote.
We invite everyone to come out and show support for Ukraine and fight back against russia and its attempt to undermine America and the free world.
