Whether entertaining full-size theatres, voicing animations, warming up TV audiences, presenting radio shows or hosting award nights Stephen never fails to pull in the laughs. He has magical energy which has audiences fascinated and hanging onto his every word. Stephen has taken six critically acclaimed shows to the Edinburgh Fringe since 2003 and won numerous comedy awards.
John Cleese described KATE SMURTHWAITE as "Fun, energetic and full of ideas" She has appeared on many TV shows for stations such as the BBC. Kate’s passionate, confident and engaging comedy presence has entertained audiences all over the UK and around the world. She is currently touring with her 19th solo show.
Tonight’s host, ALAN DROP has performed comedy from the tip of South America all the way to Kautokeino. With over 100 performances of his solo show in Norway, his current comedic obsession is how the foreigner perceives Norwegian culture. Through comedy he explores the social and cultural issues that can bring us together, rip us apart or leave us wondering, “What just happened?”
