Come and enjoy the beautiful scenery while paddling on the calming waters of Eastwood Lake Metropark's Blue Lake. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced paddler, this event is perfect for all skill levels.

When you arrive at the lake entrance, please follow the path straight to the back until it dead ends. You will see all of the paddleboards set up and ready to go!

PLEASE BE MINDFUL when checking out to ensure you select the correct ticket! I will do my best to help you make the correction but if classes sell out there is no guarantee I will be able to transfer your ticket over to another ticket after checkout.

10AM - SUP Yoga:

This is for the yogi wanting to take their practice to the next level - on the water! Once you receive a safety brief and we arrive at our desired location on the lake, you will be guided in a 45 minute sequence. This is for all levels. You may choose to take any poses you want, and leave those you don't want...it's totally up to you! We will be there with the camera encouraging you to get as creative as you want!

BYOB YOGA: (Bring Your Own Board)

Meet us at the Eastwood Lake (Blue Lake) parking lot at 10AM to launch with us using your own board for SUP Yoga! Please arrive 30 minutes ealry to have allow yourself enough time to have your board inflated prior to the event start time so you are ready for instruction with the group!

12PM - Beginner SUP:

This is for the true beginner who just wants to get out on the water and try something new and brave and exciting! I will explain everything you need to know and be nearby to guide you throughout...we will meander around the lake for approximately 45 minutes. If you missed signing up for SUP Yoga, no worries...I'm happy to guide you through a quick sequence during a portion of the 45 minute paddling experience!
