Opportunity to try Stand-up Paddle on the Georges River at Chipping Norton Lakes. The launch point is Agnes Healey Beach accessed from Charlton Avenue, Chipping Norton. Just $20 to have a go. $15 for children. Basic instruction provided - plus lifejacket. The waters surrounding the beach are sheltered from the tidal flow of the river. Once you've got confident in the bay, you can try exploring the river upstream. And when you're done, if you choose, you can have your BYO lunch in the park. There are toilet facilities and free gas BBQs
