Brandi Alexander is a Ph.D. student studying teacher professional development, and a high school teacher by day. By night she is a hilarious comedian. Making her regular rounds on the Michigan circuit and beyond, she has performed at some of the top clubs in the region, including the Ann Arbor Comedy Showcase. This workshop is designed to introduce those interested to the world of comedy. Students will learn how to craft and develop their unique comedy and writing style, and will showcase their knowledge on the Comedy Showcase stage. This class will provide focused, hard-core help from comedian and instructor, Brandi Alexander, to make a writer/comedian of any who seek to learn.
