The Comedy Academy is for anyone, who wants to explore their funny side - whether you’re naturally witty, expressive, or simply love to laugh. Our workshops will teach you the essential skills needed to make your mark in the comedy industry. Guiding you from creating your first funny thoughts to writing & performing polished, laugh-out-loud material on your showcase in front of a live audience.
The course is great fun, enjoyable and is designed to also build your confidence, allows you to express your creativity freely and most importantly allows you to find your own natural voice.
The 6 weeks will cover What Is Comedy, The Techniques Of Comedy, Creating & Delivering Material , Your Comedy Style & many others.
Your Tutor is the renowned comedian Mr Cee, who will keep you Entertained, Motivated and Laughing with his unique teaching style, and will inspire you & safely guide you on that journey.
With over 2 decades of teaching, producing & facilitating experience, alongside extensive global Stand-Up performances, Mr Cee offers exclusive coaching tailored to your comedic & personal aspirations.
His teachings have shaped, nurtured & enhanced the comical performances & writings of many new & established comedians in the industry, including most recently, BGT Winner Axel Blake.
He is also in demand for those wishing to improve their speeches for work, public speaking & personal events.
Mr Cee is also a certified trainer, assessor and facilitator. He has also collaborated with organisations such as Brent Council, The NHS, VCCP, Philip Morris International, BT and ReThink Mental Health.
