About this Event
On Thanksgiving Day, Stand Tall Outreach is showing up for our Seattle community with hot meals, hygiene kits, and warm clothing (jackets, sweaters, socks, shoes) for anyone who needs support. Whether you’re seeking resources, want to volunteer, or wish to donate, you’re welcome here.
What we’ll have:
- Fresh, hot meals (to-go)
- Hygiene kits (soap, toothbrush/paste, wipes, deodorant, period supplies)
- Warm clothing & shoes (as available; new/lightly used)
- Friendly volunteers and resource referrals
Who can attend:
Everyone. Families, youth, elders, and individuals are all welcome—no ID, proof of address, or paperwork required.
How you can help:
- RSVP as a Volunteer for a shift
- Bring new socks, gloves, beanies, unopened hygiene items
- Add a Donation Ticket to help us buy food and kits
Schedule
- 9:00–9:45 AM – Volunteer check-in & setup
- 10:00 AM – Community distribution begins
- 10:00 AM–2:00 PM – Meals + kits + clothing (or until supplies run out)
- 2:00–3:00 PM – Clean-up (volunteers)
Ticket Types
- Community Guest (Free) – Reserve so we can plan enough meals.
- Volunteer – Morning Setup (9:00–11:30 AM) – Lifting, sorting, prep, smiles.
- Volunteer – Distribution (10:00 AM–1:00 PM) – Hand out meals/kits, guest support.
- Volunteer – Clean-Up (1:30–3:00 PM) – Break-down, load-out.
- Donation – Hygiene Kit ($15) – Funds one kit.
- Donation – Warm Bundle ($35) – Beanie, gloves, socks, and a jacket (as inventory allows).
- Donation – Sponsor a Family Meal ($75) – Feeds a family with take-home portions.
