It's time to start purging our craft rooms and get ready for the 2025 Crafting Thrift Sale. We have a new location and doing things a little differently this year. Here's the info...

Cost:
The venue has a selection of different size tables so this will work perfectly to try and match them to what you have for sale. The tables are on a first come first served basis, so register early to have the best table size selection.
5 ft table $20
6 ft round table $25
8 ft table $30

Again this year, I will be accepting credit cards from the public for the sale. However, I will be charging customers the 4% credit card fee if they choose to use their cards.
For every table you reserve, you will receive 1 ticket to come in 30 minutes prior to the sale starting to pre-shop the sale. Only 1 person allowed per ticket. What a great perk to sell!!!
Set Up:
I'm also changing the set up this year. Set up will be on Saturday, April 26th from 7pm to 9pm. This is to allow you to be able to pre-shop on Sunday morning before the sale opens to the public. I will be firm on these times as we will be setting up the room, so please don't arrive earlier than 7pm and we will be closing the doors at 9pm sharp. If you're not available to set up your own table, you're welcome to have a friend set it up for you. The person setting up your table will be given the pre-shop ticket.
Pre-shop:
All sellers with their ticket in hand, will be allowed to pre-shop on Sunday, April 27th at 9:30am. Each person must have a ticket to pre-shop. All others will not be able to enter the sale until the doors open to the public at 10am. You don't need to be finished shopping when the doors open, we're just giving you a head start!
Check Outs:
This year there will be 2 check out lines to speed up the process. We have room for up to 48 unique sellers.
Pricing:
With a main checkout, all you have to do is bring your items pre-priced and marked with your seller code. Each item MUST BE MARKED to make sure you get the sale credit. If your item doesn't have your assigned seller code on the price tag, you will not get credit for the sale. If your price stickers fall off, we will not be responsible for them. Please make sure you use an appropriate sticker than does not fall off. I've found that colored painters tape works great.
All items need to be priced in 25 cent increments. I've learned that if items are displayed neat and organized, they tend to sell better. You may want to bring baskets, box lids, etc to display your items.
You'll received 100% of your sales (no in-store credit, all the $$ is yours!)
You can share a table with a friend, but only 1 seller code per table rental.
Item pick up:
After the sale, we need to go through all the tables and make sure the items on each table are for that seller. Your sale items and checks will be ready to pick up after the sale between 4:00-4:30pm.
Please see the attached registration form. Spots fill up fast, so make sure to get your paperwork and payment sent in right away to secure your spot. Your spot is only secured once your payment and paperwork are received!!
