Time again for the Stalion’s family solstice celebration! Dinner, drinks, friendship, and the gift exchange game. As usual we will bake a turkey and a ham, as well as some stuffing, potatoes and gravy. If you can, please bring other dishes to contribute. There will be wine and drinks, but we always appreciate donations to the bar. The cap of the evening will be the gift exchange. It is a white elephant style with fun extra twists. Hand made gifts, gifts of service, and games are always well appreciated. We have said $20 in the past, but people cheat all the time and you can’t put a price on hand made, so give what makes you happy. Bring one gift for each person who wants to play, but this is of course optional. You may invite friends. Children are welcome, but there are no planned activities for younger ones. In addition to visiting and food, there is often Tablero or other games. I know this time of year puts a lot of demands on folks time, but I hope all that see this can at least stop by. Feel free to ask any questions or contact me directly. For first timers, “The Barn” our house, is RED, and fairly easy to spot.
