We are excited to announce the visit of Elder Jonathan S. Schmitt of the Seventy for our upcoming stake conference on September 6 and 7.The schedule of the conference will go as follows:
Saturday, September 6
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Ward and Stake Council Leadership Meeting (for all ward and stake council members and their presidencies)
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Saturday Evening Session (for all stake members 18 and older and nonmember friends)
Sunday, September 7
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Youth Devotional (for all young men, young women, bishoprics, and young women presidencies)
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: General Session (for all stake members and nonmember friends)
To prepare for the conference, Elder Schmitt invites us to prayerfully study President Nelson’s address from the April 2025 General Conference, Confidence in the Presence of God, and his address in the October 2022 Liahona, The Everlasting Covenant, for our hearts and minds to receive personal revelation.
We know the Spirit will teach, testify, and strengthen each of us as we join together for this conference.
