Based on thousands of successful stairlift installations across Ireland, Beechfield Stairlifts is offering a free CPD course for Occupational Therapists when assessing for a stairlift.
This course covers the key topics when assessing for a stairlift, and a certificate of attendance is available to all who attend.
Topics include:
• Taking physical measurements for stairlifts
• Assessing the functional, sensory, and cognitive ability
• Catering for medical conditions
• Examining the style and layout of the stairs
• Determining the best location for the stairlift and identifying the best transfer space
• Obstacles and solutions.
