We are hosting our Celebration Stair Climb Event to allow 20 trade industry leaders to provide trades-related mentorship to 30 at-risk youth through strategic conversation, as they collectively climb over 20,000 stairs together. We invite you to become a sponsor or donor for this event!
Throughout the pandemic, at-risk youth unemployment rates reached 31%. Meanwhile, there has been a significant labour shortage across Canada. To be part of the solution, we partnered with LiUNA Local 837 to run our ‘Trade Up’ programming, for youth interested in pursuing employment within the trades field.
